Our school is in luck, because our representatives in the eighth edition of the Copa Coca-Cola picked up the trophy.
The tournament was held at the sports field Enrique Puga Saturday and Sunday. To get to claim victory, the team led by Francisco Rivera and Antonio Cañete Polo Castillejo, it took a total of 4 crosses planted in qualifying until the final (started in sixteenths). Rounds went by with results and a game that something good was predicted to fall.
arrived on Sunday and in the semifinals after eliminating IES La Soledad, was the icing on the cake in the final. In the decisive game against the school faced Holy Spirit Baena, experienced team in this tournament as Coca-Cola were the defending champions.
The result at the end of regulation time was 0-0 as a sign of equality that was inside the field. It was an intense game which saw great details of quality from both teams.
We went to sudden death penalty shoot-outs. Luck was on our side and converted into a goal after his shot from 11 meters Jose Carlos Climent I played act Nasser. Our great goalkeeper guessed the launch of the rival and his success gave us the title.
